Use Kernel 2.4.18?

Hmm.. OTOH, as 3.2 will go out with kernel 2.4.17 in (there are to be
no changes which aren't totally necessary bug-fixes before 3.2) we could
just skip 2.4.18.  I *highly* doubt (in fact I'm 99.9999% sure) that
LFS-3.3 won't be out before 2.4.19 hits kernel.org so we may as well
just avoid the problem all together and skip from 2.4.17 to 2.4.19
(there is a precedent for this; we skipped about 4 kernel revisions
recently; see the relevant bug in bugzilla for details).
