Problems with installation of texinfo

I got it to work, although I'm sure there is a better fix for this(like 
a way to pass the location of the file to the compiler)

I created a nucurses folder in the info folder then did a

  ln -s /usr/include/termcap.h

then did a make clean

  and re did the steps to build texinfo.
