you can use a emulator like DosBOX ( http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/ ) or
DOSEMU ( http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=49784 ) to
play dos under Linux or DOs under windows.

If you want to maqke a Linux build that looks like DOS , well , try LFS!

To create a programming language , a lot of knowledge is needed , but you
can try. You need to learn C++ , you can find a free cpompiler at:
