It is working, lthough I do see a couple of warnings during boot:

Looking up port of RPC 100003/2 on 192.168.1.4
Looking up port of RPC 100005/1 on 192.168.1.4
VFS: Mounted root (nfs filesystem).
Freeing unused kernel memory: 140k freed
nfs warning: mount version older than kernel
RPC: sendmsg returned error 101
portmap: RPC call returned error 101

which suggests something is awry...
