WebMail with threading

Squirrelmail indeed does allow sorting by threads, and it works. One
caveat, though, is that it relies on the IMAP server implementing SORT
and THREAD. Courier-IMAP does. I've tested with the following scenario:

test threads
|->Re:test threads
| |
| |->Change subject in thread
| |  |
| |  |->Re:Change subject in thread
| |
| |->Yada yada
|   |
|   |->Re:Yada Yada
|->New subject
  |->Re:New subject

It worked swimmingly. :)


A ``decay in the social contract'' is detectable; there is a growing
