fetch with 'svn co svn+ssh://username@svn.linuxfromscratch.org/HLFS HLFS"

'svn diff' will show you local changes in diff/patch format (redirect it into 
a patch file, if you want to).
'svn ci -m' "i changed something"' will upload changes.
