missing binutils and gcc patches

The binutils patch exists in:

I'm not sure why its not in the hlfs directory, the md5sum is correct. I 
haven't tested the gcc41-uclibc patches, thats why they don't exist. You can 
pretty much use their counterparts at:

but edit /lib for /tools/lib in chapter 5, like:
cat ../100-uclibc-conf.patch | sed 's@/lib@/tools/lib@' | patch -Np1


Last time I tried gcc41, uClibc, and ssp didn't get along, but it was reported 
that this might be from an -Os bug in gcc41... so an additional patch might 
be needed to fix that, or use -O2 to build uClibc.
