/sbin/nologin not OK

That doesn't make any sense. Try:
readelf -d /sbin/nologin | grep NEEDED
and tell me if it's linked to more than libc.so, and maybe libintl.so.
Then 'readelf -d /sbin/nologin |grep TEXT' for /sbin/nologin and every library 
it's linked to.
