glibc-2.6.1

From an early look, it looks like the glibc-2.6.1 is a botched release,
reminding me of 2.3.3.

The configparms file doesn't work with 'build-programs=no',
and --enable-omitfp adds extra test suite errors which are unusual
(--enable-omitfp normally does not add test suite errors).

I'm more comfortable with glibc-2.5.x for the moment. Maybe a glibc-2.6.2 will
come out with the fixes. When a Glibc release doesn't pass tests under ideal
conditions it's a good sign to stay away from it.
