Have you seen Comment 2 on
http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?-d=5622

It appears that libglx.so has a lot of 'uninitialised globals '. That
doesn't mean much to a user, but it sounds sloppy. How does gcc-4.1
handle 'uninitialised globals '
