bootscripts

I'm not sure if BLFS will be adding OpenNTPD. I think its better for us than
NTPD. That, with the random-seed script, looks like we should have our own
bootscripts branch.

I have had bootscripts before that allowed me to ctrl-c parts of the boot,
like if a daemon is waiting forever for a name to resolve while the network
is down. It can be very annoying when there's no way to escape the boot
sequence.

Or is it better to keep patching the lfs/blfs bootscripts?
