encrypted filesystems

Encrypted filesystems work best when the entire disc is encrypted, including
the parition table. This would make sure any freak temp files are also
encrypted. Some people will simply have no need, desire, or legal rights for
this for a number of reasons. This only affects a small portion of the book,
and would be completely optional. Some people live in countries where
encryption is illegal, in which case they can not use any cryptography. Some
people may only want to encrypt one file at a time, and/or just the swap
space. The admin can choose what is best for their situation.
