Log:
Use 'EXEEXT=-new install-exec-local' to 'make install' ld-new, instead of using 'install ld/ld-new'. This is safer because if --enable-shared is used the 'ld/ld-new' is a script, not a program, and 'ld/.libs/ld-new' is infact the program. Using 'make install' will make sure we are always installing the correct 'ld-new' regardless of configure arguments.
