[elinks-dev] onkeypress support!

I have (mostly) working onkeypress support for elinks 0.11.3
The changes are pretty small - I only had to touch 3 headers and 6
source files, and most of those were trivial 1-2 liners.
I have some questions I'm hoping some folks more experienced with the
codebase can illuminate, so I can add in some more complete support, but
what's there is useful in its own right.

Q1. How should I submit my patches?
I can provide modified source files, diffs, both or other.
[I didn't see anything specifically on point on the elinks site]

I'll post my technical questions along with the code, once folks let me
know the preferred mechanism.
