Thank you very much for looking into this dark corner of the ELinks code
and documenting it. Especially the part with the arguments for
handle_trm(). Will apply the two first patches soonish, if nobody beats
me to it.

The other "patch collections" in this thread I haven't looked into yet,
so I don't know whether they are a good idea. But the format chosen
makes it harder to make sense of the patches.
