Hmm, I might have been a bit tired when I wrote this. It sounds like a
lame excuse for quitting half way through. :)

The individual patches look very good. When reading through a patch
series a few notes about the whole thing is nice to have. Also, I
generally prefer one patch per mail, so you can easily move through the
series.
