Isn't libtcl actually libtcl8.4.so in our case? I would imagine making
the link libtcl.so -> libtcl8.4.so in /usr/lib would fix this issue.
But, I don't use tcl, so this might break things. Or, maybe there's a
way to make cnet use libtcl8.4.so (i.e, ltcl8.4 instead of ltcl).
