First, I added /usr/include to ld.so.conf and ran
ldconfig. Nothing changed.
Then, for the heck of it, I ran Libmng with:
make prefix=/usr ZLIBINC=/usr/include \
ZLIBLIB=/usr/lib -f scripts/makefile.linux
...which works fine, and detects zlib
Why is it that when you leave ZLIBINC
and ZLIBLIB blank, thus defaulting to
/usr/include and /usr/lib respectively,
it refuses to work, but if you manually
enter them, it detects them flawlessly?
