You're fairly sure you didn't hit obstacles. Have you just tried running
make, or running the bison command above? If I have a worry I run 'free
-ms 5' onanother console to check memory

Other checkable things are memory, disk, and attitude. Nobody's paid to
help here - it's generosity on their part.
