Configuring exim

Easy fix here!

Set your /var/mail directory to be owned by group mail, permissions 775.
Then in exim.conf, in your local_delivery transport, set group=mail and
mode=0660

What's happening is Exim is trying to create a lock file in /var/mail -
but it can't because it doesn't have the permissions to create files
there.
