Connecting to the Internet how?

Well, first off is to find out how MDK gets the IP.  Most likely it gets
it via
DHCP.  In that case, you'll need to install a DHCP Client, such as
dhcpcd,
and also reconfigure the boot scripts to support DHCP instead of static
IP
addressing.  There are instructions in BLFS>
