root mounted twice since devfs upgrade

The way the kernel handles the root partition and ramdisks changed
in version 2.4.19. Your choices are:

1) Ignore it - it is harmless.
2) Use the mtab hint.
3) Create a patch for df to spot when a partition shows up more than
   one in /proc/mounts. (This also happens evry time you use mount
   --bind).
