GCC Segmentation Fault ?

Looks to me like a hardware problem, or something in your compilation setup 
has become corrupted.
Is the rest of your system behaving itself?
I have had similar behaviour to this -- cured when I replaced my faulty memory 
modules one time, and changed a faulty hard disk another time.
