if you look at the kernel archive (ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4)
you'll see that 2.4.11 doesn't exist anymore as 2.4.11.tar.bz2 but as a
2.4.11-dontuse or something like that. There's a lot wrong with it, unless
you're brave you shouldn't use it and may as well get the 2.4.12(-ac1)
