xmms with vorbis plugin

i actually fixed mine...
it's a dirty fix... dirty dirty
i edited xmms-1.2.5/Input/vorbis/utf8.c and just nuked out all the
blocks of code that were using libiconv...
everything seems to work fine now, but whatever functionality was
supposed to be gained by that code is gone.
