Glibc 2.2, nss-2.2, db-3.1.17

To those brave souls attempting this..

The standard Berkeley db libraries do _NOT_ seem to define dbopen(),
which, judging from many ./configure scripts (most notably gnome), was
defined in the libdb* distributed with glibc in the past. I'm attaching a
very _lame_ patch for db-3.1.17, that will add dbopen() to the libraries
and get rid of that annoying unresolved symbol. Enjoy.

BTW, glibc 2.2 is working great over here :)
