BSD signals?

Ok, the problem was that I had deleted kernel sources to save room.. DUH!
so when I went into /usr/src/linux and issued:

yes "" | make menuconfig

all was well.

Yeah, if I'm right, it should just be a matter of saying yes to that option
and then building a new kernel.  Post if that was it or not
