Will leave as is waiting for the 3.x stable

Fixed, but why does every other package in this section with a prefix of
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/<pkg>/x.yy use stable for only
even yy values?

If this is a temporary exception that we chose, then we should put it
back to the way it was.

They changed their website on me. Fixed.

Fixed. The actual url needed to extract the latest version is
http://www.surina.net/soundtouch/sourcecode.html
It gets difficult when they don't let me get a directory listing where
the source code is located.

Both fixed.
