[blfs-dev] ptlib-2.10.10 fails to compile

I get:

Googling doesn't show anything useful. I think PTime_yyparse is a bison function which
ptlib/common/getdate is using to parse a date so could this be the result of the bison change
to v3.0? As you can tell, I've no idea really.
