Oops...forgot about it even being there. libwscale is from an external
repository...so when you export the tree...it's not there. To create
the tarball from dated snapshot, svn export . ../ffmpeg && cp -a
libwscale ../ffmpeg/ && rm -rf ../ffmpeg/libwscale/.svn
