I found it a month or two ago. I could say 1.9 'works for me', but
as a native English speaker I'm not convinced I'm actually using it.
OTOH it _is_ linked from among others curl, xine, epiphany, cmake, yelp,
gnash, all of which I've used.
Probably it's a minority interest.
