Can you provide the error message you get when you execute the
tar zxf stunnel-4.09.tar.gz
patch -Np1 -i ../stunnel-4.09-1_minute_sleep_fix.patch
I get the following:
(Stripping trailing CRs from patch.)
patching file src/client.c
And, as best as I can tell, the patch applies. To be honest with you,
I don't remember the "stripping trailing CRs" message when I first
put the instructions together, so I went back and looked at my logs.
I don't have a log of the patch being applied, and I don't have the
instruction to apply the patch in my build script. :-(
No wonder I don't remember any message about this. However, the
patch applied successfully when I just executed the commands listed
above, which makes me wonder what error message you are getting.
