I tried it with gcc-3.4.2 and it works (at least, I don't remember any
problems).  It looks like the ../mcopidl/mcopidl process is segfaulting,
which is trying to generate  Is gcc-3.4 the only compiler in
your path (i.e. no gcc-3.3 lingering somewhere)?  This might be a mangling
issue.  On my system, I never installed any version other than gcc-3.4, so
no old includes or libraries will be misread/mislinked.
