As best as I could tell, Gnopernicus works super. Spoke menu items,
screen displays and such. I didn't do a lot of testing, but from the
limited amount of time I had it turned on, it would allow someone to
navigate GNOME easily, even without vision. Everything was spoken
that I could tell.

Additionally, it has nice controls to manipulate the voices, speed
and sound quality.
