Qmail compilation

Hi,
Currently we compile qmail with:

make setup check &&
./config-fast `hostname` &&
cd /var/qmail &&
[snip]

IMHO it would be a better idea if you could replace
./config-fast `hostname`
by
./config-fast `hostname -f`
since the qmail INSTALL.ctl suggests: "./config-fast your.full.host.name".
Using only hostname does not give you the full FQDN sometimes (always?) which
can lead to problems with local user email injection.

Drawbacks:
I don't know if all versions of hostname support -f. I am using hostname from
net-tools 1.60. I hope this has not been discussed before, but mailing list
search is still offline.
