Oh well, that Makefile is just totally broken. Hardcoding that -Werror and
CFLAGS is just wrong. If you really want it to work with gcc-3.2, then you
you will have to patch it methinks.

But personally, I'd just upgrade to gcc-3.2.1 :-) Its a MUCH improved
compiler in general.
