New description:

Odds aren't looking good for a JRL source release for 6u4-b12. Thus far,
my messages to Sun have went unanswered for the past few weeks concerning
the missing JRL release. Fortunately, AFAICT, the new binary version does
not depend on gcc-3.x which was one of my previously voiced concerns WRT
 the last missing release.

Comment:

I updated the bug summary and description. JRL source should hopefully be
out soon. Ray Gans over at Sun is on it again for us. Will update both
at the same time for simplicity.
