I forgot about Xorg-7.x. I still have 6.9 installed. As far as the
fixes, I simply opened a bug in Trac and Alex had fixes inside a day
posted to the bug.

It looks good and puts the onus on the end-user to put them in if
he/she wants them. I mean, we are expecting the Xorg-7.0 users to
create a script to do the build, right? Or do the instructions
start to finish that are in the book do a complete build?
