There's a GLUT library on the Mesa page now. It's not part of
MesaLib, but I thought this was the best way to indicate that. If you
know a better way, let me know.
However, tiff will link to the GLUT library installed in our Mesa
instructions. I had no intention of building freeglut, but when I was
configuring tiff, there it was, -lglut.
