Hmm.  If using firefox, it would appear that librsvg should have the
switch --disable-mozilla-plugin passed.  If one is using Mozilla, it
would appear that the bug is valid.  I don't know yet about seamonkey.
I'll update the ticket.

Richard, the last two sentences were not necessary.
