New description:

Ncurses-5.5, currently used in LFS SVN, has color capabilities by default
 in the
"xterm" terminal type, thus making the tinker-term.sh scriptlet unneeded.

I propose to add words near this scriptlet that it is not needed with
 ncurses
5.5, because there are people who use BLFS SVN with LFS-6.1. Please don't
 close
this bug after you do that.

After the release of LFS-6.2, the entire scriptlet should be removed and
 the bug
 should be closed.
