I believe you are probably correct, Jeremy. Though there are only a
couple of spots in the book where this has creeped in, noted below:

general/sysutils/cpio.xml
general/prog/php.xml
general/genutils/xscreensaver.xml
pst/printing/cups.xml
template/template.xml

I suppose Manual did it all flush-left so that the stuff in
<screen>...</screen> that contains multiple lines is consistently
flush left across the board.
