[Bug 1262] CUPS requires a 'sys' group

It is my understanding that the sys group will be going away when
the LFS devs get around to putting the changes in. In fact, there
was talk just this week about doing this.
If I am mistaken, and the sys group is going to stay in LFS, then
of course, by all means this bug is invalid.
However, when LFS testing goes to the next version, and it very
likely will not contain a sys group, then it would be easy for us
to forget about CUPS requiring the sys group.
This is what I meant. Hopefully, this clarifies things.
