The Changelog block entries must be one by day. You should to add your entries 
to existent "December 9th, 2005" block and fix the [name] in the second 
entry.

That must be reverted. Look like you hasn't done an "svn up" before starting 
the edits.

That {literal} tags aren't needed.

Only the fist {literal} and the last {/literal} tags are required (i,e, the 
ones around the full text block). All the others can be safely removed.

Not very bad for the first commit ;-)
