The difference is that we *do* have control over what is on anduin.
Although updating every package on anduin in a timely manner does not
always happen, I felt that if a link pointed to anduin, the editor
making the change would be automatically reminded to update the package
there.

On a related topic, after 6 months or so on anduin I see we are getting
between 5 and 10+ GB/day in downloads.  No one at ServerBeach is
complaining, or more importantly, charging extra.
