I think this will be sorted out when the next commit goes it.  Can
everyone take a look at Appendix A and argue with me please.  That goes
for numbers, whether things are S'd or K'd in each level and anything
really.  I'm not the worlds foremost expert on sysvinit booting so help
will be appreciated.
