This email is to inform you of release '3.1p1' of 'Portable OpenSSH'

The changes in this release are as follows:
This release fixes a bug which allowed users with an existing user
account to gain root privileges with OpenSSH versions 2.0 through
3.0.2. 

Project description:
This is a Unix/Linux port of OpenBSD's excellent  OpenSSH. OpenSSH is
a full implementation of the  SSH1 protocol and a 99% implementation
of the  SSH 2 protocol, including sftp client and server  support.

to freshmeat.net and choose 'home' from the personal menubar at the top of
