libtiff installation instructions

Yep, I been using that beta for a while, and it compiles cleanly for me
every time, no known issues.

Personally, I've been using 3.5.6beta for a while.  I think it's
recommended somewhere in the LFS-hints.  I haven't ran into any problems
with it and I think it's fairly stable for a beta release.

I'd go with 3.5.6beta if it were up to me.
