Summary: Checking for ncurses.h missing in configure script
           Product: Automated Linux From Scratch
           Version: 1.2.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Back End (XML Handlers)
        AssignedTo: alfs-log at linuxfromscratch.org
        ReportedBy: francois at cerbelle.net
         QAContact: alfs-log at linuxfromscratch.org

when running the configure, it seems to check for everything and tells me that I
am ready to compile.
When I run make, the compiler tells me that the file ncurses.h or curses.h (I
dont remember, but it is the same file, indeed) is missing to compile.
you should add a test for ncurses-dev presence in configure.in
