And the answer is YES! With subversion, we can have a "virtual"
subdirectory under the profile directory called DTD, that automatically
checks out a copy of the DTD directory (the real, master one) whenever
the profile is checked out. It means the DTD won't be in the profile
root directory any more, it will be in a subdir, but that's easy to deal
It's also possible to even make changes and commits from this automatic
subdir checkout, since it's a normal svn working copy. That will be very
nice, we will no longer have duplicate DTDs in the profiles.
